Maximillian Jungreis is a Colombian-American from Central Florida who lives and works in the Bay Area, where he leads Plug and Play’s new Crypto vertical. His background is in international business development and strategy, specifically for FinTech & Blockchain startups.
Academically, Maximillian graduated Cum Laude from George Washington University with a BBA in International Business and Mandarin. He has spent three years living and working in China, including at China’s largest domestic VC firm Shenzhen Capital Group, and speaks Spanish, Mandarin, and Portuguese.
Maximillian is also a Founding Member of Stanford University’s Future of Digital Currency Initiative, and has worked with Central Banks and global corporations to promote the research, standardization, and adoption of central bank digital currency.
Lastly, Maximillian is an investor at Predictive VC, a Boston-based early stage venture capital firm where he leads the fintech vertical with a focus on cross-border companies.
